Well, fasting works. My weight was finally back down today, after fasting yesterday:
I'm still just a tad over my goal, but hopefully I'll be back there tomorrow since I'm fasting again today. It's amazing how quickly once can loose weight in just one day of fasting. I know a bunch of it is the water weight I put on from eating all of that salty food, but still good to see the change and get back on track.
Today was pretty tough, being home with the family and not eating at all. Everything looked really good, and it was definitely tough to not eat, but I know I am exercising my willpower muscles when I keep to my plan and fast. Tomorrow will be tough as well, but I know I can do it! That dinner Monday night is going to be so good!
My back is super sore today from playing soccer yesterday. So I am in better cardiovascular shape for sure, but I have a ways to go to strengthen my body so I can do things like that and not regret it afterwards.
