Day 28 - Four weeks in, right on track!

Well, my weight wasn't as bad as I thought it might be, considering I ate so much yesterday:



So I'm right on track for 50lbs in 90 days!

Today was pretty good.  There were all kinds of treats at work, rice krispy treats, donuts, bagels, and fruit that different people had brought in.  I stayed strong!  We had a work bbq tonight so I had some good bbq then, and it was totally worth it to not have eaten all day:



I also got my two mile walk in, that always feels so good.

It's been four weeks, so I checked my waist diameter.  I've lost 2.5 inches!  Down to 53 inches.  Awesome!  My clothes are fitting better for sure.



I finally made a chart to keep track of how my weight is tracking to my goal.  As you can see, while I have fluctuated up and down at times, I have overall kept right on track with my goal.  I will continue to strive to meet my goal, adjusting as necessary.  This chart will certainly help.
