One of the things I love about one meal a day is that you can eat whatever is being served. There is no "off limit" foods, you just eat your one meal, and it's OK if you have a little treat. After dinner they had ice cream at camp. I decided I'd forgo that and I ate a couple Russell Stover's truffles that I still have from Fathers' Day. They were delicious, and they fit right within my calories, so I didn't have to feel guilty. They go great with the Crio Bru as well, delicious!
We pretty much just sat around camp all day, since we were just there to supervise. I have come to really crave the exercise I get with my walks every day, so I went for a one mile walk in the morning. It's not much, but it really helped me feel better.
Now that I'm getting a little smaller, I feel more like exercising, and I want to add more than just walking. I used to do a lot of cycling, so I'd like to do more of that. It's hard to find the time, I can just walk in the middle of the day at work, but going to the gym or riding a bicycle takes a little more preparation and time. So I am thinking about how I can make that work.
