
I wish I could say I did a ton better today. I did do better, but not a huge amount. We still have family in town, and I had a chicken salad sandwich and potato chips for dinner:

Unfortunately, I did not stop eating at dinner, I did eat a few more chips and an ice cream cone later, and that's not all. But as I said before, I'll never give up, I'll just keep moving forward. I'll try again tomorrow. I know we are going out for bbq again tomorrow, so I'm going to do my best to get some exercise and not eat anything else but dinner.
We will have family in town all week, and I know I can't afford to lose focus the whole time they are here. I need to learn to have discipline even when I'm not in my "usual" routine. Because life never stays in the same routine forever, eventually we will get out of what we are comfortable with, and we need to be able to keep focus on our goals, even when other things are changing.
