Well, not much change in my weight from yesterday. It's still above the line, so I need to get it back down:
Today I went on a couple walks for a total of about four miles. I did my usual 2 mile walk and then we did a two mile walk on a pretty hilly trail with the family. It was fun and felt good to get some exercise.
For dinner we had bbq again, and I had another sandwich and fries:
I did better than the last couple of days on my eating. Hopefully it shows on the scale tomorrow.
