Well, here we are at the end of week 3. I did go to the gym this morning, and I found a scale there! So here's the weigh in:
So that's awesome! It feels so good to see more progress! I am really happy to know I'm on track, and that the hard work has payed off. Seeing the progress made everything worth it. I was especially glad for my decision not to eat again last night after having lunch with my colleague.
So when you feel hungry, and it's not time to eat, just think: HUNGER = PROGRESS
So today I had lunch with my colleague again at a fast food restaurant. I had a burger, fries, and a milkshake. Once again, I did not finish my lunch. I have to be honest, yesterday and today are probably the first two times I have left a restaurant without finishing everything I bought. It feels strange to me. In a way, it feels really good to have the self control to leave the food and not be controlled by it. In another way, it is such ingrained in me not to waste food, especially food that I just paid for, that is delicious. But, it is better for it to go in the trash than to make me unhealthy by going overboard.
Also, once again I did not have dinner since I ate lunch, so I'm keeping to OMAD, and it feels great!
