Today was the first day fasting, and I feel pretty good so far. I am really tired this evening, but I think that is more due to a really long day and an even longer week. I'm ready for some rest and the weekend.
I did a little more than two mile walk over lunch, and after work I got a bit more exercise playing a bit of soccer in the gym with some kids. I was surprised that I was not more out of breath than I was, and it was easier to move around than before for sure. It's nice to know I'm getting in a bit better shape.
