Day 25 - Back to work!

Another solid weight loss day, probably due to the fact that I wasn't able to eat much yesterday:



So today I went back to work after the week of travel.  It was pretty nice to get back into the routine, though I did have a pile of email to get through.  My tooth is still hurting bad, so I made a little mouth guard to keep my back teeth apart yesterday, and today I went to the dentist.  He adjusted my bite, so hopefully things will settle down.  I was still in a lot of pain so I just had soup and a shake for my dinner:



I did also eat a Chobani yogurt right after dinner to try to get a few more calories.  As always, you can see exactly what and how much I ate by going to the myfitnesspal link at the top.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll be feeling better and able to eat solid food again.  The family had chicken stir fry with rice and broccolli, so that looks really good.  We'll see how long it takes to heal now that my bite is better.

Other than that, I feel awesome!  My clothes are fitting so much better, and I am able to get around and move a lot easier.  I did my two mile walk today and that felt really good.  So I'm still wearing the same four shirts, and they are getting a bit looser, my buttons don't bulge anymore.  I don't think I'm ready to try on any of my older/smaller clothes yet.  I think I need to get down at least into the 70's before those will fit, and I don't want to discourage myself by trying to early.  I am making steady, awesome progress, and that is awesome!!
