
It is great to see that I actually did make progress while I was gone, and that the hotel scale wasn't just different/off from mine! So that is a great confidence booster.
For my one meal today I went on a little date with my wife, and we decided to go to Jersey Mike's Subs. It was good, but once again the calories were crazy. For a regular size Philly sub, it was over 700 Calories, so again what would seem to be "healthier" food has more calories than a big mac. My wife got a chocolate chunk cookie, and it was something like 570 Calories, for one cookie! I did have one bite of the cookie, and it was good, but not worth 500+ calories imho. Unfortunately I once again forgot to take a picture of my meal, but I do plan to start doing that again.
Other than that I spent the day with the family. Didn't get much exercise other than the usual running around with the wife and kids. I do need to get in a better routine of exercise on the weekends. More to come on that hopefully.
