Well, I was up again today, as would be expected after eating a bunch yesterday:
Today was a huge fail. I started out pretty good, until lunch time. There were ribs, so I ate some of those, and my plan was to just have a couple ribs and make lunch my one meal, but that's not how it worked out. I did end up eating a dinner of baked beans, potato salad, and a hot dog:
I also ate a bunch of treats, mostly rice krispy treats and red vines, and a honey bun. They are some of my favorites and I hadn't had any of them in a long time, not to excuse eating so much, I could have chosen not to, but I lost control and ate way too much.
But as I've said here before, it is only a failure if we fail to get back up. So tomorrow I'll get back up and do better, and I'll resolve to not let my desires for food overshadow my commitment to my goal. I am determined to succeed, and I've come too far to give up now. So no matter what, despite this setback, I will keep moving forward.
