I'm pretty surprised after eating all of the chips I had yesterday, I thought I'd be up from all of the salt. I guess the full day fast yesterday really helped.
Since it's been another week, I measured my waist, and I was another half inch down on that:
I fasted again most of the day, and then I ate some nuts and a banana in the evening:
So I'm feeling really good. I know I can achieve my goal, I am almost there! Only 20 days left, and I'm moving right down with the goal line. I took more progress pictures, too:
I'll have to get home before I can make another before/after photo to see the comparison.
