Well, today was another good weigh in day:
Today was another day of traveling. We drove for 10 hours and finally made it to our final destination for our trip. We stopped for dinner and I ate a Subway sandwich and some chips, and then when we got to our destination I ate some sweets and treats that they had there. I've said before I don't like the name "cheat day", but that's pretty much what today was.
I think it's OK to occasionally have a day where you just don't worry so much about what you are eating, and that for me was today. I'm sure I'll see it on the scale tomorrow, but that short term bump up is usually mostly water. Remember, you'd have to eat 3500 Calories over your goal to make a 1 pound difference in actual fat, so don't get discouraged when you see a big bump in one day, just do better in the future and keep moving forward!
