Weight holding steady today again:
I fasted most of the day to get back on track. During dinner I had some Crio Bru and a yogurt, then later I had a few bites here and there. Not as much as a dinner would have been, but more than I had planned.
I still would like to do a longer-term fast, just didn't have the will power tonight. Tooth is still hurting really bad, which is super distracting and eats at me. I have an appointment tomorrow, so hopefully it will feel better after that and I can have a clearer head.
I'm going to try again tomorrow to fast all day. I still feel really good about where I am and the path I am on. I feel really good, other than my tooth. I think my back is getting better, too. I'm still feeling it, but not nearly as bad as before, and when I go for a walk it feels much better. It just starts to hurt if I sit too long and when I get up in the morning.
I'm about four pounds above my goal, which is still within my fluctuations as far as water weight, so I'm not too concerned at this point, as long as I get things under control relatively quickly we'll be OK.
