Weight was down again today, right along my goal:
I did OMAD again, it is getting quite easy to go all day without eating. We had some homemade "hamburger helper" for dinner and a nice salad with salsa and sour cream instead of dressing:
The real struggle now is not eating too much after dinner. Today we made cookies for the family, and I did eat a few. Later I was going to eat another one, but I decided to not eat another one and I drank some Crio Bru instead. I felt really satisfied with the Crio Bru, and I felt really good that I didn't give in to another cookie.
