Here are the numbers required to make it happen:
Current Weight: 300lbs

Current Calorie Expenditure: 3407 Calories
https://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/calories
That means I've been eating, on average, about 3,400 calories per day to maintain this weight.
To lose 30 lbs in 90 days, I need to lose 30/90 = 0.56 lbs/day, so just over half a pound per day, or just under 4 pounds per week.
A pound of fat is approximately 3500 Calories, so to lose 0.56 lbs/day, I need to have a deficit of 0.56lb/day * 3500Cal/lb = 1960Cal/day.
Subtracting that from my expendature, I can eat 3400-1960=1440Cal/day.
So there you have it, my goal will be to eat not more than 1440 Calories per day. I will, of course, need to adjust this as I lose and my expenditure decreases.
