
So about eight pounds down in two weeks, just about right on track with my goal!
I'm still working to overcome complacency. I have successfully fasted until dinner the last two weeks. I have not always just eaten my one plate, however, so I have room to improve over the next two weeks.
Here's my dinner for tonight:

Just some chicken with vegetables and potatoes. It was delicious.
It's late, so I'll just post this for now. I'm going to make a weight chart this weekend or next week to better track my goal.
