
Today I mostly just hung out with the family, went to church, etc. I didn't get a walk in unfortunately. I ate more than I should have as well, especially since I didn't exercise. I think I was hungrier since I didn't have much exercise. Here's my dinner:

I still feel really good. We're going to do a 5k as a family tomorrow, and then we're going to opening day at the local swimming pool. So that will be a lot of exercise. Looking forward to that.
So we'll see tomorrow how my extra eating affects my weight. I wouldn't be surprised to see it fluctuate up a bit. I'm super motivated, and I know I can do this challenge. I am well on my way.
