

I also walked two miles, so technically I burned about 290 Calories.
I am still feeling really good. Even though I was a little hungry and tired today, it was nothing compared to how I was feeling before eating a huge amount every day. I am already sleeping better, and I was able to get up really early today and get to work early so I could get off earlier.
So thing are going really good! I am excited to see how things are going to continue to progress for the next 85 days.
